Return Policy
Scrappy Jo's Scrapbook Supplies stands behind every product sold. If you are not happy with a product purchased from our website, you can return it in its original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund. If you have any questions about our guarantee or products, please contact us immediately.
We will accept returns of defective merchandise within 10 days after you have received your order. You will have the option of receiving a replacement of the product or a full a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping.
All Credits will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
